Chat webhooks are generally available

Chat webhooks are now generally available for all companies.

You can subscribe to message and conversation events (message_created, message_updated, message_deleted, conversation_created, conversation_updated, conversation_deleted) with featureType: "chat" — no Beta enrollment or per-company enablement required.
