Create time activities API release

Introducing a brand new method under the Time Clock section: Create time activities. The ability to create new time activities (shifts and/or manual breaks) under a specified time clock.

New Endpoint Added:

Create Time activities: Create time activities for users assigned to a specific time clock. Time activities can include shifts and/or manual breaks.
