Smart Groups API release

Introducing brand new sub-section under the Users section: Smart Groups. The ability to manage the smart groups associated with the account

Added the following new endpoint:

  • Get smart groups: Retrieve information about smart groups associated with the account.

In the near future we will add the entire CRUD methods.
