Delete Job API release

Introducing a brand new method under the Jobs section: Delete job. The ability to delete existing job within the account.
Added the following new endpoints to support the deletion of existing jobs:
- Delete job: Delete a single job by its unique identifier. Currently, deleting a sub-job and/or job with nested sub-jobs is not supported.
