Attaching shortcut to forms when creating a shift

Is it possible to add a shortcut to the forms in the notes when creating a shift?

HTML seems to work great within the API in the notes field but when trying to link to /index.html#/workflow/workflows/829### it takes users out of the app to the browser for a separate login rather than allowing them to natively filling the form in as if the shift had been created on the browser.

What is the correct way of attaching it?
