How Do You Track Employee Performance Efficiently Using Connecteam?

Hey everyone,

I’ve been using Connecteam for scheduling and task management at my company, and it’s been great so far. However, I’m trying to find a more efficient way to track employee performance — especially for remote or field workers.

Right now, I mainly rely on task completion and time tracking, but I feel like that doesn’t always give the full picture. I’m wondering if anyone here has set up a structured performance tracking system within Connecteam — maybe using checklists, forms, or reports?

How do you measure things like productivity, reliability, or quality of work through the platform? Any practical examples or workflows would be super helpful.
