We’ve encountered a serious issue with the /schedulers/{schedulerId}/shifts endpoint that caused two shifts to be omitted from our billing pipeline. These shifts are real, assigned, published, and retrievable by ID — but they are not returned in the shift listing route. They do appear in the UI.

I am using the API to get users and time clock data for a payroll period to automatically then write that to a google sheet which then interfaces with my payroll company. I am able to pull the data I need using the API except for paid time off. How can I specifically pull that data using the API or is that not possible yet?
