API access
API access in Connecteam is determined by your subscription plan and the hubs you've purchased.
Plan Requirements
API access is available on the Expert plan or higher. Your API key grants access only to hubs on eligible plans.
NoteClients with at least one hub on Enterprise plan, subscribed before April 15th, 2025, retain access to all API endpoints. This applies only to accounts created before that date.

Connecteam is divided into three main hubs: Operations, Communications, and HR & Skills.

The General endpoints (Account, Users, Attachments, Publishers) are available to all clients with at least one hub on Expert plan or higher.
