API access

Understanding API access per hub

This section provides detailed information about the access to the external API in Connecteam.

As you may already know, Connecteam is divided into three main hubs: Operations, Communications, and HR & Skills.

While our API endpoints are constantly evolving and expanding, not all app capabilities are currently supported via API.

However, our team is actively working to expose more of Connecteam’s features to ensure seamless integration with your third-party systems. You can learn more about the different hubs here

API access per plan

API access is available for customers who have purchased a relevant hub on the Expert plan or higher.
The API key will grant access only to those hubs that are on the Expert plan or above.

Important to know

Clients with at least one hub on the Enterprise plan, subscribed before April 15th, 2025, will retain access to all API endpoints.

This change will only apply to new accounts created after that date.

The 'General' hub is available to all clients who have purchased at least one hub on the Expert plan or higher.
