Push a document onto a user

https://api.connecteam.com/documents/v1/users//documents//entry

Upload a document entry for a user against a specified document. The file must be uploaded first via the attachments endpoints with featureType set to documents. The resulting status is approved when the caller holds approve permission on the document's pack, pendingApproval when the caller holds only upload permission.
